Set reminders and manage to-do lists

The investigative process can be a long one.  As the investigation plan is developed, i-Sight provides task management functionality to ensure that no milestones or tasks are forgotten.

Similar to the investigator diary, each task can be entered from within the case record. Investigators simply:

  • describe the task
  • assign a task owner
  • select a due date

i-Sight will automatically record who added the task and when the task was added.  Each new task is recorded within the case and placed in chronological order.

My Upcoming Tasks

i-Sight makes it easy for both investigators and their managers to view outstanding or upcoming tasks.  Each user has a listing of all their open tasks, across all of their cases.  This listing can be sorted by the task due date to easily see what tasks need to be completed.

Reminder Email Notification

Tasks can also be set-up with reminders.  i-Sight will automatically email the “task owner” on or before the due date.  As with any i-Sight email notice, the email will contain a hyperlink taking the investigator to the appropriate case file.

Overdue Email Notification

If a task is not completed by the due date, email alerts can be triggered to the “task owner” or managers.
