Field Level Access Control

i-Sight offers investigators the flexibility to restrict access all the way down to the field level. This means that two people may access the same case file, but some information may be hidden from each during the internal investigation process. This is most often used to restrict access to highly confidential cases or information within a case. Sensitive information can be suppressed while all other case information is made available.

Workflow & Alerts

i-Sight Security Incident Investigation Software is configured to precisely fit the unique requirements of each company. Customized workflow rules ensure that the right investigators are assigned to cases, while ensuring that no case is ever left unassigned.

Assign: Using workflow rules, tasks and cases can be easily prioritized, assigned and routed to the appropriate investigator. This feature allows investigative managers to control the assignment of cases and place sensitive cases higher in priority to ensure that action is taken immediately.

Remind: Security investigators can create tasks with reminders or assign tasks to others. i-Sight will automatically send email reminders as due dates approach. Upcoming tasks also appear on the investigator dashboard.

Escalate: Timely case resolution is assured by using esclation alerts.  If investigators miss a deadline or case milestone managers will be alerted via email notification.

Review & Approval: i-Sight provides workflow to facilitate the review and approval process. Once a recommendation has been made the approariate manager is notified via email alert.

Custom Alerts: Every organization is slightly different. Use i-Sight to create your own custom alerts that ensure cases are being managed.
